Soon this will all be over and life will almost be "normal" again. Hang in there I know you're in a huge period of transition now. Can't be easy. Esp. knowing you're little girl is going off to college soon. How did she grow up so fast?!
Working out always take the edge off. I hope you find your way back to a routine soon:-)
